Menopause, Hormone health & Neurodiversity training
Menopause in the workplace
Women of menopausal age are now the fastest growing demographic in the workplace. Yet an estimated 60,000 women in the UK are currently unable to work because of menopause symptoms at a direct cost to the economy of £1.5 billion every year.
In March 2026, the UK Government responded, publishing its guidance Menopause Employment Action Plans and setting out formal expectations for employers for the first time. Find out what that means for your organisation.
I’m Sophie Cartledge, founder of Hormones on the Blink® and certified Hormone Health and Menopause Educator. With personal experience of both perimenopause and a late ADHD and Autism discovery, I’m passionate about reducing stigma, raising awareness and giving organisations the tools to genuinely support the people who need it.
