MENOPAUSE POLICIES 

With over 30 years of in-house HR experience we can support you with writing menopause policies that are not only up to date with employment legislation but also relevant to your sector.

HR SUPPORT 

We can work with your HR team to offer guidance around helping   your employees that are struggling with menopausal symptoms at work.  Supporting staff through this challenging time can be of real benefit all round. It not only helps to retain valuable skills and talent but builds on company loyalty and engagement and helps to reduce the gender pay gap. 

MONTHLY TEA & CHAT SESSIONS

We run monthly virtual tea and chat sessions for employees. This is a great way of offering continued menopause support within your workplace. It promotes open conversation, creates an opportunity to discuss topics in more detail and can help with feedback around additional support that would be beneficial to your organisation.
